We accept Purchase Orders.
Purchase orders are handled for us by our partner RegNow (a division of DigitalRiver Inc.): To place an order by Purchase Order please go to our Online Store and select the product.
On the first order page please select the quantity that you need. For quantities up to 50 licenses the volume discount is automatically calculated. For larger orders, please contact us.
On the second order page please enter your address and billing details and select "Purchase Order" from the list of payment options.
On the third order page please verify the order details. Then click "Place your Order". After you placed your order online the system will display the order details and a unique order number. Please reference this number on your PO.

Once RegNow receives a hard copy of your purchase order they will process your transaction, send you the software license and then send you the bill separately.
Be sure to include the unique order number (or quantity, price and name of the product you want, as well as the product ID number), your name, organization name, address, telephonenumber, e-mail address. Also, your Purchase Order:
- Must be made out to Register Now (not ActMon).
- Must include an authorizing signature.
- Must have a Purchase Order number.
- Must include the $10.00 Purchase Order processing fee.
Must include the email address that you want the automated receipt and registration details sent to (RegNow will postal mail you an invoice to pay from).
Sales tax needs to be included for orders from the following states within the United States - WA., CT., and MN.
